WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
You will undergo cross-functional rotations within Business Development and Technical Sales, Engineering and Project Management teams. Each rotation provides valuable experience, exposure to senior leadership, a personalized training and development plan, and formal mentoring.

> Shape technical and commercial offers for cutting-edge energy storage projects
> Dive into system sizing, design validation, and cost optimization
> Supporting contractual negotiation and management with clients and contractors
> Support planning, budgeting, risk management during project execution

THE JOURNEY
MONTH 1: NHOA ENERGY ACADEMY
Everything about energy storage systems from A to Z
Your journey begins with an intensive month of training in our Milan headquarters. You’ll explore the full landscape of energy storage systems, from sizing and design to pricing, commercial strategy, planning, engineering and project management. This tailored program will equip you with the essential technical and business foundations to hit the ground running.
MONTHS 2-19: CROSS-FUNCTIONAL JOURNEY
Experience three core functions from the inside
Over the next 18 months, you’ll rotate across Engineering, BD and TechSales, and Project Management Departments. You’ll get hands-on experience in real projects, develop cross-functional skills, and build a 360° view of how utility-scale energy storage systems are designed, delivered, and commercialized. This is your chance to explore where your talents truly shine.
MONTHS 20-24: FINAL PLACEMENT
Specialize and accelerate your career path
In the final 5 months, you’ll work mainly for the department that best fits your aspirations and strengths. You’ll take on greater responsibilities and receive personalized training for your long-term role. Based on company needs, this phase may also include an international assignment — a unique opportunity to grow within our global ecosystem.
FUTURE PROSPECTS
After two years, you will have acquired all the technical and business foundations necessary to join our Engineering, Business Development and TechSales, or Project Management Teams.
It will then be your turn to mentor new young graduates.
