The Consumer Goods, Healthcare and Retail M&A team is composed of c. 25 professionals directly present in two main offices (Italy and Germany). The sub-sectors covered by the team span Food & Beverage, Apparel, Luxury, Home and Personal Care, Healthcare, Gaming. The Core product focus of the Team is M&A but is also very active within Equity Capital Markets, Debt Capital Markets and Specialized Lending in core markets (Italy, Germany, Austria and CEE) with Origination and Execution capabilities.

Main tasks/activities: 

  • Support the day to day activities of the Consumer Goods, Healthcare and Retail team
  • Conduct financial analysis, benchmarking and research of private and public companies
  • Assist in preparation of internal and external materials and pitch books
  • Participate in internal business calls and client meetings

Qualification/Attributes/Skills:

  • Strong demonstrated commitment and positive attitude
  • Passion for the Consumer Goods, Healthcare and Retail sector
  • Knowledge of basic corporate finance theoretical and practical concepts
  • Interpersonal communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Basic proficiency on Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word
  • Ability to comprehend basic financial transactions
  • Technical analytical skills and strong attention to detail
  • Languages: Fluency in Italian and English; German proficiency (optional)
