Decathlon Italy is looking for a Circular Business Model Leader. 
Part of the team Sustainability and of the eCommerce team, you will be in charge of the 2nd hand business Model and a transversal responsibility on the Digital transformation of our offer toward a more circular offer.

Responsibilities:

Build 2nd Hand Business for Decathlon 

  • Identify major challenges of the market, customer needs, concurrence and partners to develop 2nd hand Decathlon business proposition. 
  • Define long term strategies to reach a Turnover Growth 2nd Hand Decathlon Italy of +40% per year. 

Run the already existing solutions

  • Align with Decathlon HeadQuarter ( Circularity, Brands ..)  2nd hand strategies , deploy and adapt to the Italian market.
  • Ensure the continuous improvement of the existing solution to transform in depth our historical business model. 

Develop the Digital Business for Decathlon Circularity: reuse, rent , repair & maintenance and recycle. 

  • Align with your colleagues Business Circularity Leader Repair & Maintenance, Rent you support digital , ecom projects to include circular solutions for our customers.
  • Lead projects coordinating various actors within the digital team to propose a simplified and best in class digital experience , contributing to upgrading the Decathlon’s customer experience with a circular offer. 

Profilo

  • You speak English & Italian 
  • You are Business Oriented, strong Data Analysis and Performance Management skills
  • You have Project Manager capabilities and proved successful experience
  • You’ll have experience working in an international, omni-channel retailer/brand.
  • Preferably, you’ll have experience working for and/or launching a marketplace as a new business model.
  • You embark team through functional management with good communication skills
  • You are comfortable in complex and matrix organisation.
  • You are capable to address operational activities and strategic ones
  • You lead with an inclusive open mindset to diversity.
  • You are positive and optimistic willingness to impact our society!
