Your profile:

Your assignments include
> Support the HR team in the correct management of our recruitment tools and give advice and guidance to Unit HR teams. Open job postings and follow-up on the applications with periodical redemptions;
> Support in Monitoring and follow-up recruitment activities’ KPIs to secure an efficient and people&business oriented recruitment process;
> Support the work area in the Performance Evaluation and Development process;
> Operationally support the work area in the preparation and setting of the Performance Evaluation and Development tool;
> Support the team in inspiring the stores by providing them with complete and captivating materials regarding the work area and implementing, on Country level, Learning &Development activities and procedures coming from Global HR;
> Support the implementation of the IKEA Talent Approach in the organisation;
> Support the work area in keeping the L&D procedures and guidelines up-to-date;
> Support our employer branding.

Your knowledge and skills include
> University degree;
> Passion for people (path of studies in HR topics appreciated);
> Proactivity and ability to “move” fast by answering “internal clients” requests and also be able to foresee them;
> Enthusiasm and team spirit;
> Good analytical skills;
> Ability to communicate clearly and effectively;
> Fluent in English both written and spoken;
> Computer proficient
