You will be part of the Lab Consultancy team, that has a key role in securing successful sales of Roche integrated diagnostics portfolio focusing on efficient cost management and enhancing the value in the Roche offer.
> Achieve quantitative (Sales, KPIs, etc.) and qualitative targets, through internal and external resources mobilization;
> Number of project, tenders, contracts and success rate;
> Succeed in selling and implementing new Digital technologies (e.g. NAVIFY Tumor Board) by the customers;
> Contribute to the achievement of the company profitability objectives;
> Consulting for the integration of the NAVIFY Tumor Board decision support solution in clinical processes will be a focus area;
> Co-create, develop and implement projects of impact on health care processes to contribute to the improvement of health outcomes;
> Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams for the development and execution of projects (especially with Hospital Solutions, Patient Care);
> To facilitate the introduction of diagnostic and technological innovations by carrying out strategic and process consulting projects, participating in consultative sales;
> Implement value-based projects working directly with public/private hospitals on proposals based on value and patient outcomes, participating in the consulting sale;
> Develop consulting processes, tools and standards that contribute to the execution of different projects, both internal and external;
> Acquire market intelligence and stay ahead of technology development in order to create the best offer according to customer needs;
> To lead and carry out strategic projects in the international field, developing the role of Strategic Consultant and contributing to the strategy of the Roche Healthcare Consulting brand in EMEA-LATAM;
> Adopt and promote the continuous improvement culture;
> Respect compliance with all relevant Roche guidelines and policies.
> Bachelor's degree/university degree in health sciences, science, business or engineering. MBA is a plus;
> 3 - 4 years in consulting related to the world of health. Experience in Digital industry is a plus;
> Diagnostics/Healthcare market (dynamics, customer IT and Digital platforms and business procedures);
> Lean principles and Change management expert;
> Fluent in English;
> Excellent Communication, inspiration and influence capabilities and interpersonal skills. Teamwork and collaboration;
