Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implement human resources programs by providing human resources services including talent acquisition, staffing and organization, compensation, training and development, succession planning, employee relations and retention, employee compliance;
  • Support Managers in identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing selected solution; coaching managers and employees.
  • Defines the professional profile of the ideal candidate together with the Hiring Manager and identify a pipe line of potential candidates;
  • Communicate at any level of the organization and develop relationship with internal and external clients;
  • Supports Management in defining and implementing career paths;
  • Supports HR Manager in implementing People Management strategies, organizational and staffing initiatives, training and development programs, employees’ ethics and compliance;
  • Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different tasks.



Education, Competencies and Experience required

·         Master Degree in economics or in law

·         Post Degree certification in Human Resources Management;

·         Up to 8 years of experiences in different areas of human resources department;

·         Attitude in the use of IT tools and major MS Office applications;

·         Ability to work in teams and autonomy;

·         Excellent organizational skills;

·         Excellent communication skills in English and Italian language.
