Support the Congress & Event manager for the execution of Corporate Congresses and Events. The person needs to have a core understanding of event content and planning, logistics, supplier and stakeholders’ management.
> to understand the internal customer goals and objectives;
> to take care of various administrative and management tasks like proposing venues (eg. Hotels, meeting rooms), making site inspections, communicating and maintaining good relationships with both the internal customer and the third parties involved (eg. Agencies, hotels, suppliers) through phone, mails or meetings;
> to plan, coordinate, and implement the event as per the time table and make sure that it works as per schedule to make sure that all the events are carried out within the given budget and standards by:
>> monitoring and controlling Budget (budgeting approval, invoicing & budget reconciliation);
>> ensuring and executing compliance of the Company’s policies and procedures;
>> to coordinate and supervise the event onsite activities.
> High school diploma or degree. Attendance to Event planning & management courses will be a plus;
> Experience with event planning and related administrative activities preferably in a pharmaceutical industry, PR/events/communication agency or other sectors;
> 2+ years industry/agency experience within a similar role and knowledge of compliance regulations within the pharmaceutical industry will be a plus;
> proficient in Microsoft Office applications and SAP skills.
