We are looking for a Field Quality & Third Party Surveys intern engineer inside the Central Quality Function.
> To support in monitoring of customer KPI trends and issue of periodical reporting at Corporate level, for warranty, supporting BLs for specific reliability analyses on new vehicles and main issues management in field;
> To support in promoting quality improvement, assuring best practices and lesson learned transfer through all BLs;
> To support in Analyzing gaps to achieve 100 % quality;
> To support in promoting unified methods to manage, trace and report Customer field Claims across the BLs;
> To participate in discussing Global Quality Agreements and Warranty Contracts with Customers;
> To support in monitoring Field Quality trends and Third Party Surveys, promoting improvement initiatives at BL and Corporate level.
> Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering;
> Advanced English skill; the knowledge of other languages will be considerate a plus;
> Capability to work in a dynamic team;
