We are looking for an HR training intern within the HR Manufacturing Central Team.
> To support the identification of training and development needs managing through the dedicated Academy.
> To support the creation and deployment of efficient training plans for concerned employees.
> To support HR training manager to find the most suitable training supplier with the goal to ensure the best training results for company.
> Charge training software with all relevant data – course details, editions, participants, training results.
> Ensure that all necessary documentation with training is done (“Hot and cold evaluation”, presence list, etc.)
> Provide necessary reports related to training matters.
> Master Degree in Economics, Law, Political Science, Psychology. Postgraduate in Human Resources;
> Languages: Fluent English knowledge is mandatory, further language will be a plus;
> Strong analytical and Time Management Skills;
> Good Communication and Interpersonal skills;
> Reliability and accuracy.
