We are looking for a trainee for the HR Department of Purchasing Central Function who will support the HR team.
> post job advertisements in websites;
> screening of CVs, arrange meetings for the candidates with manager and HR, manage phone and face to face interviews;
> inform candidates and provide feedback about the interviews;
> keep track of applications and interviews;
> collect documents required for the hiring process from the candidates identified;
> monitor recruitment, training and travel expenses and issue Purchase Requests;
> arrange classroom training courses;
> upload classroom and online training courses in HR system (SABA);
> prepare and update presentations on several HR topics;
> track and archive Purchasing Delegation of Authority documents.
> Master’s Degree in Economics or Management Engineering;
> Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources will be a plus;
> Fluent English (at least B2 level);
> Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
