Who we are looking for:


Purpose of the Position:

To support the dedicated resources of selected Agencies in the development and maximization of all Local Market business opportunities:

  • Exploring the needs of hiring by small / medium-sized companies in the reference market;
  • Identifying new business opportunities.

To allows the selected resource within the Agency to acquire all the skills and features that enable it to manage the Local Market Development Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

The resource should be able to:

  • Manage the prospecting activities of the Agency;
  • Generate and manage Leads of the Agency;
  • Maximize Conversion from 'Contact to Contracts';
  • Support and stimulate business of the dealer (final customers, outfitters, local companies) ensuring alignment with the policies of our Customer and providing the best solutions, training and coaching to ensure maximum on sales
  • Monitor the trade policies of Competitors in the local market
  • Report and present solutions to the opportunities and threats in the local market
  • Collaborate with the Customer’s Zone Manager on dealer management, negotiations and customer needs.


Pomezia (RM).

 Education, Competencies and Experience required

  • Knowledge of sales strategy
  • Knowledge of sales technique and territory management
  • Knowledge of the Rental Business (Short and Long Term)
  • Ability to plan and implement a business plan
  • At least 3-4 years in the automotive sector, in the same role or as Area Sales Manager or a consultant Sales and Aftersales.
  • Ability to work on targets
  • Excellent use of the PC and the entire Office
  • Degree in scientific-economic disciplines
