About the role:

The main purpose of this internship is to support the effectiveness and the accuracy of the HR data collection, reporting and analysis.

 Your main goals will be

  • You will be to partner with the Global HR Team and GTS team to support the maintenance and the development of the People Analytics System;
  • You will support the data flow process involving several stakeholders: HR Business Partner, Local HR and other functions;
  • You will support the HR Business Partner to offer actionable analysis and reporting to managers and executives.

Your profile:

  • You are passionate about data and analysis;
  • You are interested to HR and People Analytics;
  • You have a degree (preference: Business Administration, Statistics, Math, Engineering);
  • You know MS Office toolkit and you are Advanced user in Excel and/or Access and/or Tableau or SQL;
  • You speak and write English fluently, you speak a good other European; Language and love to work on a multicultural environment.
