YOU
As our ideal candidate, you are in the last year of university or newly graduated. You are fluent in English, motivated and enthusiastic, looking forward to work in a dynamic and international team environment. You are team player, eager to learn and with an innovative and analytical mindset, result-oriented and with a solid problem solving approach.
You have good communication skills, a positive attitude to change, the ability to take initiatives and to drive activities autonomously. We offer opportunities in our Developing & Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales and Marketing units and in all the other Staff functions. You can join us doing a 6 months internship: a unique experience in which a tutor will guide you in developing your competencies and abilities. If you have an excellent academic background in technical disciplines and a significant experience abroad apply to our Young Talent Program: a two year training and job rotation program, designed to develop the critical competencies needed for
our core functions.
